Spyware Detector Software

I recently purchased Spyware Detector and the program is weird. It has functionality problems. I read where it gives false positives. Has anyone else used this software and if so what is your take on it? Thank you in advance.

Max Secure Spyware Detector is a corrupt anti-spyware program that uses false positives. This product is on the 2-Spyware.com Corrupt Anti-Spyware list. This product corrupted system tray display on XP SP2 Pro. Removing the product brought the system back.

If you want a refund after this sort of experience expect to have send frantic and angry emails to the support desk.

I tried for 3 days.  Don't buy it; there are other products around....
