Is Radmin 3.0 really a spyware program or is it simply a company developing a remote admin product?

I have been using their product for several years with no issues.

This depends on how Radmin is being used. If you are a hacker, you can secretly install Radmin to your victim's system, so that you can see his every move and gain full access to his information and control over his system. In such case Radmin is perfect attack instrument used for malicious purposes.

On the other hand, let's imagine that you are administrator of some computer network. You decide to install Radmin on all computers in it, so that you can manage and repair machines remotely. You are not malicious, so you ask all users for permission to install Radmin. They all agree. In such case using Radmin is fully legitimate, and this tool is not a threat.

Radmin itself is not a parasite. However, it becomes very dangerous when used with evil intentions.
