Hi Dee 101.

Your log looks clean to me, and your system does not seem to be infected.

The realplay.exe file is the main component of RealPlayer, a legitimate appliaction that plays streaming audio and video. Deleting this file corrupts the entire RealPlayer installation. You cannot use the program without re-installing it.

As for svchost.exe, it is normal to have multiple such processes running, unless they are not in your default system folder C:\WINDOWS\System32. Read more here.

Don't terminate this process! And don't delete the C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe executable!
