WHEN I TRY TO OPEN MY USB DRIVE I GET ERROR THAT IEXPLORES.EXE NOT FOUND.
I TRIED SERACHING THAT FILE IN MY PC. BUT DIDNT FIND.
WHAT IS PROBLEM? WHETHER MY MACHINE HAS VIRUUS OR USB??

Your machine seems to be infected with the IExplores trojan, as the iexplores.exe file is a part of that parasite. You should immediately scan your system using antivirus and anti-spyware software. Although in your case iexplores.exe no longers exists, there are some other malicious objects (harmful registry keys) left, which still attempt to load the executable.
