Hi j_b_519 Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!

This is the HijackThis log analysis section and you didn't post any log. Why is it so difficult to read short description of each forum section?

Please download the HijackThis program, run a scan and post your log here.

P.S. This thread will be moved to more appropriate forum section.

3. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

4. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cuheae4e.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmsfu.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iexplore.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winDSL.exe
C:\DOCUME~1\James\APPLIC~1\CHINMO~1\corn trust axis.exe

Also, delete the folder C:\Documents and Settings\James\APPLIC~1\CHINMO~1

5. Restart your computer. Press Start and click on the Run... option. This will open the Run tool. Type in cmd and press enter. Now the Command Prompt window should appear. Type in the comand ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.

6. Open the Control Panel, double-click on the Network Connections icon and launch the Local Area Connection tool. Click Properties. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) entry. Select the Obtain DNS server automatically option or enter addresses of your Internet service provider's default DNS servers manually. Apply changes.

7. Update the SUPERAntiSpyware program and run complete system scan. Remove all the parasites the application will find (if any).

8. After you get done, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.
