On computer start up sometimes an installbox comes up to install csrss.exe. I understand this is a windows file and should be in the system32 folder. I have run a search of my computer and found this file in 3 seperate locations including the system32 folder. I'm running Spy Sweeper and AVG Anti Virus neither of which has found anything. Are these other files other than the one in system32 malicious and can I safely delete them.

Hi Vultor. Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!

Yes, it is safe to delete them. However, they might reappear, as having several csrss.exe files often means that the system is infected. I highly recommend downloading the HijackThis program, running a scan and posting your log here.
