Hello,
I am using Nod 32 for AV. I still feel unsafe for surfing internet. The question is can I install Spybot S&D and run with Nod32? I use Adaware SE but since is not live monitiring so I just think about trying those option.
or Should I try Nod32 and Comodo Firewall in combination, safe enough?

NOD32 is an antivirus. Comodo Firewall is a firewall, and both Spybot - Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware SE are spyware removers. You must have a combination of antivirus, firewall and anti-spyware. However, you can have only one antivirus installed. It's also true for firewall. But you can have as many spyware removers you want. Just make sure only one of them is running in real-time. Others can be used for on-demand scans only.
NOD32 and Comodo Firewall are not enough. You must also have anti-spyware. Spybot - Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware SE are not the best programs available. You should take a look on our Top 10 spyware removers. |

Hello GTO,
It sound like one anti-virus, one anti-spyware and one firewall can work in real time together or you mean that I have to choose only one among three categories to run in realtime. I'm really sorry for this question but I am a bit confused. I start this topic because I try to find the way instead of going for KIS which is not cheap. any suggestion for me please?

One antivirus, one firewall and one spyware remover can and have to work in real time together  . Without them your system is not protected enough. |
