spyaxe, adult pop ups. NEED HELP

Can someone please help me. I use aol 9.0 and a wireless connection and I keep having a yellow triangle on the right bottom bar popping in telling me that my computer is infected and it says for me to click there to fix it. I know that it is not right, so I dont.

Please help.

Please run through SpyAxe manual removal instructions. If those didn't help, download the HijackThis program, run a system scan and post a fresh log here.

If you did follow manual removal instructions and still have no luck in getting rid of the infection, please do the following:

1. Download the smitRem tool.
2. Unpack its files.
3. Reboot your system into Safe Mode.
4. Run the smitRem tool (the RunThis.bat file). This should delete ioctrl.dll and svchosts.dll files, which are responsible for displaying that blinking icon.

HELP! I too have dilengtly followed the manual directions to remove spyaxe to no available and have run all the tools - smitrem, hijack-this, etc, etc, in safe mode, etc. Can anyone help. Here is my hijack-this log run when my computer was booted normally:
