Ultimate Defender

Hi all - I'm having a problem removing tne Ultimate Defender Virus, but I've got a different HijackThis log from all the others I've seen.

I thought I might have the same lines I could 'fix' but apparently not. Can you or anyone tell me which ones to fix? I have no idea about HijackThis.... see my log below:

Can anyone help me? I've ran AVG like 30 times, I manage to clean up a bunch of files, but I keep getting the popups and messages that the computer is infected.

AARRGGHH!
