Hi,
Three times this past week AVG antivirus has detected and deleted trojan horse poolsv.exe. Everytime it describes it as downloader.generic4.xdv and moves it to the Virus Vault. How do I get rid of this!

This is my laptop which I'm trying to keep as clean as possible so I'm quite cautious with it. But lately I've had some issues with the computer restarting and long page loads. Well I have a similar issue with this poolsv.exe. I did as you instructed and here is the log I was given. Thank you for your help!
