A Better Internet-Found on Spybot Log

I have found this on my spybot log. Everytime I delete it the file continues to reoccur. How do I eliminate it from my computer?

i assume spybot can't delete it permanently, am i right? have you tried to run a computer in a safe mode and then run a scan? if tat doesn't help, feel free to try a better internet removal.

this computer parasite is pretty old and most of anti spyware programs can remove it. is your spybot up-to-date?
