I keep getting these poop-ups telling me i have spyware.cyberlog-x and PSW.x-Vir trojan andtrojan-spy.win32@mx and they want me to download some software to get rid of it but my Norton says it is blocking a downloader misleadApp because it is harmful. I can not get anything to detect these.

I have run spybot, adware, and windows defender but they don't stop the pop-ups.

Can someone help? Please

hello,
there's some software on your computer that displays those pop-ups for you, so norton doesn't block anything. spybot and ad aware should have removed this problem, i'm surprised they didn't. have you tried to update those anti spyware and run scans again? if it won't work, i recommend you to try another security tool, like spyware doctor or post your hijack this log at this forum section.
