I am so freaked out! I have uninstall this software 100xs. Still it keeps popping up. I don't even know where it came from.

Can someone please help. Also, I need for you to speak to me in laman's terms and to take me through it step by step.

Spyshredder is a malicious program and (as you've already found out) it can't be uninstalled. but you can remove it manually, take a look at spyshredder removal instructions and simply delete all the files that belong to spyshredder.
