Post Post subject: I can't remove my Adware.Agent.Bn using my SPYWARE DOCTOR Reply with quote

My spyware doctor have detected Adware.Agent.Bn in my computer. I tried to remove it but subsequently it keeps coming back in normal mode. So I went to safe mode with the system restore turned off, I was able to quarantined the adware. But then, when I go back to normal mode, spyware doctor was able to find the adware again. This adware, keeps on downloading new files into my computer, because I was able to find new and different kinds of adware in the comp. What should I do..please Help!!!

Post Post subject: The names are different Reply with quote

Hey Bobby,

I went through the list in my registry, and processes the names are different from the list that you've given me. Sigh, spyware doctor have contacted me regarding this matter but it just seem that they could not help me with this either (They told me to check this setting thing for rootkit scan, but I don't have that in my spyware doctor program. Still waiting for another reply from them). I

really do not know what to do!! I've found out that this adware is really on the spread right now, because I've found several links out there from google that leads to the download of this adware! Please bewareee!!

Should I use Hijack this and post all those info here? Please HELPPP!!

Post Post subject: Adware.Agent.Bn related to Smitfraud-C? Reply with quote

hey bobby,

I'm not sure if smitfraud-c and adware.agent.bn are related or not...but I was able to remove adware.agent.bn by using SMITFRAUDFIX by SIRI. I ran spyware doctor once more time and it did not detected adware.agent.bn infected files. But I'm pretty sure that there are other infected files in there.

Anyways...the reason that I found out that there is Smitfraud-C trojans in the computer is because I used spybotS&D and it found Smitfraud-C infected files about like 5 of them and Zlob.Downloader. Spybot S&D was able to remove Zlob.Downloader but not Smitfraud-C until I downloaded the program from Siri.

The funny thing is that..Spyware Doctor, being the "supposed" to be best program out there that detects adwares and malware..did not detect Smitfraud-C and the Zlob.downloader. Well, as I can remember, it did found this internet downloader file (similar to Zlob, i believe) but it can not remove it until I used S&D.

I would like to thank you Bobby, for your time and effort in supporting everyone in this forum and in aiding me to remove this pesky parasite!! For now, I'm definitly are feeling much more better that I'm not going to have any bugger downloading or uploading w/ out my permission out of my computer. Thank you so much 2spyware.com
