RegistryCleanFix opens each time I turn on my computer. It tells me there are 348 problems, but can't be fixed, under the FREE version. They want $ 37.00 for a single computer with unlimited updates for an additional $9.95.
First, is this a legit registry restorer and cleaner or is it a spy/trojan horse. etc.?
If it is legit, is it one of the better programs out there? Thanks for sharing your experience or knowledge with me.

sorry for the delayed response. RegistryCleanFix is not a legitimate program, it is a scam. it is able to download other computer parasites aboard the compromised machine, so i recommend deleting Registry Clean Fix as soon as possible.
you can choose to remove RegistryCleanFix manually. or you can try some of free anti spyware tools we recommend on this website. free antispyware programs here.
