hello I have been trying for days to remove the netbooster worm all the programs I have tried require an internet connection to update and this netbooster has disabled my internet as well my c drive has disappeared any help out there ? I am using xp

as you don't have internet connection on the infected computer, i recommend printing the removal guide and using it to delete netbooster worm. you can also download anti-spyware install on other computer, put it on cd or USB key and bring it to the infected computer to install and remove the malware. there are several free anti-spyware tools here : http://www.2-spyware.com/compare2.php

thankyou , I can't get into task manager to find the files , task manager has had a policy change from the virus , I am a mac computer guy so this is all new to me is there a way to do it from the run command window ?
