hi guys... im having a trouble....i have a malware that only the Superantispyware recognizes....but it doesn't give me a name... it says "unknown"..
It doesn't let me to update my other antiviruses like the adaware....and the security center of windows says that my nod is not updated....if someone knows which bug is this...please tell me....i need to remove it immediatly....thanks a lot! |

hello here,
your situation is tough. it's difficult to recognize what infection you got as there are many of them able to block certain programs or internet connection. as superantispyware identifies the threat as 'unknown' there's a possibility that it 's not a threat at all. however, if you want to be sure your computer is clean, i suggest you download hijackthis tool, tun it as post log at hijackthis forum. you can download hijackthis here : http://www.2-spyware.com/review-hijackthis.html and post your log for analysis right here : http://www.2-spyware.com/forum/forum8
hijakcthis tool checks all the active processes on a computer so it will show if some malware if lurking there.

hello again
ANTIVIR.exe is definitely malicious, but that's a very common name and i can't tell what malware it belongs to. you can use hijackthis tool to delete this file. however, a malware is made of several files not a single one, so the infection should stay even if you remove antivir.exe. i strongly recommend running another antispyware besides superantispyware. we got several free to use tools right here : http://www.2-spyware.com/compare2.php

hello there again,
your new hijackthis log doesn't show anything suspicious, but i think you still experience some problems, otherwise you won't be posting the new log. i recommend you running malwarebytes antimalware : http://www.2-spyware.com/review-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html i use it myself. it's free and it's updated several times a day so it detects even those threats that are very new. if you're not ready to give up, run malwarebytes antimalware.
