Post subject: I have the virus "AntiVirus 2008" HELP

Hello everyone, I pray someone can help me. To make a long story short I have the virus "Antivirus 2008" I did all i could. I ran something called SDFIX, that didn't do nothing, then went to another computer and downloaded SmitFraudFix onto a cd, because my computer will not let me get online, nothing. I cannot do nothing with my computer. So, when I went to start my computer up it kept restarting and restarting saying no signal. So, then I tried to put it in Safe Mode and it took a long time and started doing the samething. Now, I am not able to nothing for my computer. I cant even get windows to come up. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP???
