hi to everyone i am new in this forum.i am facing a problem of flahy.exe if you heared.i install new window to rid off this virus.but after installation of avg and updating it from folder,the virus is again activated and it creats auto administrative password so i cant enter into computer.please help me,what i should to do.thanks in advance.

actually you have installed new antivirus but you have not removed the older one, due to which you are unable to remove it.
do one thing just format again and start downloading the newer one.
