Hi I'm new here. So happy to have found such a forum!

I have rootkitTDSServ 7 of them last scan from what I've read best thing to do is wipe computer and reinstall operating system. I have vista and it is partitioned so I can do a recovery. Is this what you would recommend?

Also last time I wiped a pc was on win98, is vista complicated or is it just follow instructions?

Vista is far more easy as compare to 98.
the only thing that differs is the configuration needed.
vista does not support the minimum configuration of 98
so do one thing try to update it
