Can you please help. My son's laptop is infected with privacy centre and I cannot access anything else, desktop, taskmaster, etc. to try and delete it. All the google helpers suggest downloading removal tools, but I can't access desktop or internet. I have tried booting in safe mode, but it just takes me to log in screen and then back to privacy centre screen!!

i think your sons lappy is facing serious problem, i think may be some file is corrupted.

check sys32 file, if it again creates problem then go vendors door.
