I reckon I have a problem as I'm having trouble with my firefox history & bookmarks - I reckon they're being hijacked by some spyware that isn't being picked up by Spware S&D.

netmeter removed as advised; this was recently installed - the problem started prior to installation
There seem an awful lot of avg processes...
the O16s are not processes knowingly installed by me, and I haven't found any definitive information if they malaware or not
NB Drive D is a DVDRAM drive (empty at the time HJT was run)
