As so far, every few minutes, whenever I click on a link, I get redirected to a page saying I'm at risk for infection and that I should download XP Deluxe Protector. Of course, I don't but there is no manifestation of it anywhere else (such as the Processes list), but it's still annoying and it still presents a possible threat to my computer. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to solve this problem. Thank you.
