I followed the instructions for manual removal of Spyaxe, but when I try to unregister the DLL "ioctrl.dll" it tells me that access is denied. I have ended all the processes, but that still doesn't help. Also, my Norton finds this Trojan, but says it is unable to clean it, delete it, or quarantine it. I don't know what else to do....Please help!

did you really tried to do that in the safe mode?

Simply delete the ioctrl.dll file without unregistering it first. Please note that you need to restart your system in Safe Mode in order to be able to delete that file.
