RazeSpyware is not the only parasite your system is infected with. You also have few adware parasites and a dialer. I see you aren't running any anti-spyware program. Such product would quickly remove all the threats your system is infected with. Please take a look on the 2-Spyware.com legitimate anti-spyware list and choose a reliable program. I recommend Spyware Doctor, Microsoft AntiSpyware, Spy Sweeper and CounterSpy.
If you do not want to use a spyware remover, please follow the following manual removal instructions:
1. Navigate to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or remove programs. Within the list of installed software find HotBar and click Uninstall or Change/Remove. Wait until the uninstall is finished. If you cannot remove HotBar using the Add or remove programs tool, please follow HotBar manual removal instructions.
2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:

1. Right-clik on the desktop and select the Properties option. This should open the Display Properties window.
2. Click on the Desktop tab and within the appeared screen click on Customize Desktop.
3. Another window should appear. Within it select the Web tab.
4. Now you should see the list of web pages. UNCHECK THEM ALL and delete everything except for My Current Home Page.
5. Apply changes. |

Thanks a lot (although i don't know if it has worked or not since i am using safe mode right now)! about your desktop solution: i've found that on many sites but all that i find under "Web" is My Current Homepage and nothing else. also, i get an annoying triangle telling me that i have certain spyware or trojans and that i must install RazeSpyware to remove them. i also get porn when i search for "razespyware removal" or anything similar on google, and IE has loads of words underlined and highlighted that link to RazeSpyware. finally, my computer runs VERY slow.
also, i've ran AVG, Adaware and Microsoft Anti-spyware and returned no results.
please help me - this is my father's computer

Your HijackThis log looks absolutely clean to me. The only entries that you should remove are these ones:

These aren't malicious, but simply are not used anymore.
As for the RazeSpyware problem, please tell me more about this. Where does that triangle appears? In which program? Is it the desktop background? How many pop-ups do you receive? Does your Internet Explorer use any third-party add-ons? |

I had the exact same symptoms. The yellow triangle appears in the systray. I followed the suggestions of GTO after getting rid of the darn yellow triangle giving me warnings of infection. That can be removed by booting to safe mode and running an updated Ewido scan. Ewido can be downloaded from http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ it's free too.
Also, as an alternative, Xoftspy found causes of the RazeSpyware problem that Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, Ewido, Spy Doctor, Spysweeper, etc didn't find. I have not found a single program that can find even close to all the malware infections out there, but SpySweeper, Ewido and Xoftspy are some of the more comprehensive programs, at least by my research.
