My comnputer is completly shut down...internet acess is even

my comp cannot download anything

the infection has mutated so bad that i cant even access the internet

i tried to use it in safe mode
that failed

even manual removal is unclear

and most of the instructions dont apply to me

i need real help

fast please

Hi tariqa1,

well that's a bit complicated situation. I suggest you to download anti-spyware application onto another PC and copy it to usb flash drive or CD. Then run the program from usb flash drive/CD and scan the infected computer. Use one of the following programs:

MalwareBytes anti-malware
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

SuperAntispyware
http://www.superantispyware.com

Spybot S&D
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html
