I have SpySubtract, Ace Utilities, and WinPatrol installed and I use them several times weekly.
once in a while i have problems, like the taskbar will freeze, or programs will run unusally slow.
i had something running with a random file name, like wkzyb, running, and recently got rid of it, as with "winlog.exe" and the computer is running nicely now.

but is there anything i should look out for currently?

2. Open the C:\Program Files\Network folder and take a deep look on its content. Do you recognize the software that is installed there? If not, do this:

* Use HijackThis to fix this entry:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Network] C:\Program Files\Network\network.exe
* Kill the network.exe process.
* Delete the C:\Program Files\Network directory along with the network.exe file inside it (you may need to restart your system into Safe Mode to be able to delete this file).

If you are sure that network.exe is legitimate, please tell me, which application it belongs to.
