Ok winhound got me
please help
I posted a hijack log in the forum
and I am unable to run dos programs like regedit or cmd(So I am unable to do the procedures I have seen)
I am pretty sure this is caused by winhound and all of its fleas

Try typing Ctrl + Alt + Del and check your processes under the process tab. If this shortcut fails, enter your start menu and go onto run and type taskmgr this should bring up your task manager, check your processes and kill any unwanted processes.
