The 2-Spyware.com forum is a great place to ask for and quickly receive professional help in identifying and removing spyware, adware, viruses, unsolicited software and other malicious parasites. Forum users have a great opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge by discussing recent threats, anti-spyware software, corrupt security-related products, popular web browser, spam and e-mail problems as well as any other subjects related to computer and Internet security.

The 2-Spyware.com forum is a free service. Each registered user (the registration is also free) can ask as many questions as he or she wants. We do not set any limits for our users. However, everyone must stick to the forum rules. This helps the 2-Spyware.com response team, the forum administrator and contributory experts to maintain order and help users as quickly as possible.

Please note that general forum rules stand for everyone including new members. These rules should be your very first read after having successfully registered. So, when posting in the forum please keep the following in mind:


1) Only registered users have the right to create posts. 2-Spyware.com visitors, who did not register yet, can only view topics and posts by other users. They cannot ask any question. Please choose your user name, contact details, avatars, text and images to post wisely. Please be kind and patient. Posts with inappropriate content will be removed without notice. Users, whose usernames and/or posts frequently violate this rule, will be banned indefinitely.

3) Do not flame, bait or insult other forum users. You can freely discuss any question you want, but do this with all the respect to others. Users, who threaten and/or insult other forum members in posts, private messages, by e-mail or via instant messengers, will be banned indefinitely.

4) You cannot post any advertisements, commercial offers or any other promotional material on the 2-Spyware.com forum. Spam and flame will not be tolerated. Any commercial material or spam will be removed without notice. Users frequently posting commercial advertisements and spam and also those, who cause pointless flame, will be warned and, depending on the particular situation, can be banned indefinitely without notice.

5) Do not duplicate posts. You cannot post the same topic in more than one section. Pick the most relevant section for your post. If you are unsure, please read detailed rules of each forum section. These rules explain what kinds of questions you can ask in corresponding sections.

6) 2-Spyware.com is not responsible for any damage you take as a result of information, advice or instructions received as an answer to your question. In order to minimize the risk or completely avoid it, never do exactly the same what unfamiliar forum members tell you to do. It is much better to wait for correct advice from the 2-Spyware.com response team and/or contributory experts. You should understand what incorrect information or misleading instructions may do to your computer and your privacy.

7) Do not use the 2-Spyware.com forum to publish full copies of copyrighted articles taken from other Internet resources. You also cannot ask for or post links to illegal copies of software products, music files, movies, cracks, serial numbers, CD keys or any other material that violates the copyright. Posts with inappropriate content will be removed without notice.

8) Do not register more than one user name. Users with multiple accounts will be warned. Then, depending on the response, the 2-Spyware.com staff may ban such users.

9) Do not ask questions that are not relevant to any of the 2-Spyware.com forum’s sections. For example, a post regarding your car and its technical problems will be considered as off-topic and therefore will be locked or removed without notice. The same rule stands for requests for help in repairing the computer’s hardware, installing software, etc.

10) And last, but not least. Before posting a question, please use the forum search first. In some cases you will find almost identical topics providing all the necessary information. Create a thread only if you cannot find a solution to your problem or instructions you have found do not work for you.
