ok . . . need a little help. I got infected with the trojan virus containing the spywarestrike spyware. I successfully removed it from my computer using smitRem, but I can't for the life of me seem to get rid of this pesky system toolbar pop up adware. The message that says my computer is infected . . . blah blah blah. can ANYONe out there help me??? I have tried EVERYTHING and am at wit's end!! Thanks![/b] |

Please follow these steps to eliminate the parasites your system is infected with:
1. Download the KillBox utility.
2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:

3. Reboot your system into Safe Mode. This step is very important!
4. Use KillBox to delete the following files (if they exist):
C:\Program Files\Evjzsa\Wvtui.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\netwrap.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wiatwain.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\replmap.dll
Also delete this folder:
C:\Program Files\Evjzsa
5. After you get finished, restart your computer, run another HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here. |
