Now Firefox and IE have built-in blockers...Basically I'm satisfied with the one in FireFox. Have you tried this browser?

i totally agree with kelly those built-in pop up blockers work great for me.

Pop up blocker depends on which browser you are using....
i think for Firefox or opera you can use different settings as compare explorer
