zone alarm troubles

I had zone alarm before and uninstalled it to try a firewall offered by my internet company and idin't like it at all was something called fredom. now when i try to reinstall zonealarm everytime I try to run the set up program it reboots my computer. I have spyware doctor ran it and it found nothing I even tried shutting it down and installing but that doesn't work either stumppeddd>>>>>>>

Did you uninstall Freedom Firewall before installing Zone Alarm?

yes I uninstalled it before i tried to reinstall zonealarm

It seems that this issue can be related either to software/hardware problems or active parasites. Please run a HijackThis scan and post your log here. If your system is clean, then the only option is to check and fix your system and hardware configuration.
