Hi there
I have a question - how do I delete files that are write-protected or in use? My kids computer gets often infected with spyware and trojans and I have to clean it several times a week. I often try to delete files that cannot be normally deleted. I heard that there are special tools able to erase them. Can you recommend any?
Thank you

Commercial products(you need to renew its license every year):
Symantec Antivirus/Norton
NOD32 Antivirus

Here are some ways to prevent getting infected when surfing online:
1)Install McAfee site advisor. Its free and its job is to mark which sites are bad or good.
2)Install a popup blocker.Normally, popup or advertisments appear suddenly when surfing and this will lead to curiosity to many users by clicking on the 'image' which lead to mostly bad sites.
3)If you notice that your PC has decreased in peformance or receiving popups most of the tmei,it is possible that it been infected by spyware.Various virus will do a destructable payload such as stealing passwords from a credit card, system instability and installing more viruses.Make sure you run an antivirus or antispyware scans at least once a week to unsure safety.
