Use HijackThis to fix the following entry:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8d83b16e-0de1-452b-ac52-96ec0b34aa4b} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\hp2025.tmp (file missing)
Everything else looks clean to me  . |

Hi,
just wanted to say thanks very much. The spyware icon has finally vanished from my toolbar and my computer seems to be running normally again.
This is an amazing service you are providing. I am still getting a small pop up window in the bottom right by the toolbar asking me to download some antimalware though. Maybe this will also vanish the next time i reboot my computer.
I cant thank you enough for all your help (even posting help emails on Easter Sunday - wow that's dedication for you).
Thanks again you are an absolute star

As for that annoying pop-up window, please try this:
1. Restart your system in Safe Mode.
2. Use Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files (if exist):
C:\Windows\System32\dfrgsrv.exe
C:\Windows\System32\stickrep.dll |
