Hello, I posted this similar thread using the HJT Log section, but thought it may be suited for this section as well. I have what most seem to think as a spyware problem with an entry in my Startup list. This entry is either listed as NvCpl, or NvCplDaemon. The entry appears twice, at times, and one remains unchecked, and the other checked. If i uncheck the other one, and restart, it always comes back on as checked. It is also listed as an 04 entry in my Hijack this Log. Is this something i should be concerned about. Most people i speak with about this all say it is spyware, but none of my programs get rid of it, or fix the problem. I have all up to date versions of SpySweeper, True Sword, Windows Defender, Hijack This, McAfee Security, Registry Mechanic, Window Washer, and ASquared. Can someone please provide me with peace of mind or a solution regarding this issue. Thanks again, and aloha.

NvCplDaemon is not a virus or spyware. It is NVIDIA Graphics Library Module related to drivers for NVIDIA graphics cards. Do not disable or delete it. NvCplDaemon is required by your graphics card to function properly.
