I have not had much luck with keyloggers, hijackers, and spywares lately - although PestPatrol have been catching most of them. Today after finally uninstalled SpyDoctor, after the reboot, suddenly I have no desktop or start button just the wallpaper. Is there anything here that might have caused the explorer..exe to not be loaded?

Your log looks clean to me.

It seems that the problem you have is software-related. Try launching the explorer.exe process manually, using the Windows Task Manager. Start the Task Manager, click on the File menu, select the New Task (Run...) option, type in explorer.exe and press enter.

If this works, open the Command Prompt and execute the following command:
sfc /SCANNOW.
It will check your Windows integrity and restore missing components. Please note that this utility requires the Windows installation disk.

If nothing helps, try running the System Restore. You can also restart your system in Safe Mode.
