change change ettings on counterspy

i have downloaded the demo of counterspy and updated it to the latest definitions. while i am running a scan it finds different "threats" but when the scan is finished it tells me itfound othing. i have tried to change the settings for all results to quarantine, it tells me it has but the result is always the same. i have reinstalled, redownloaded and reupdated but to no avail. does anyone have any insights?
any help i appreciated

have you tried to re-install counterspy? if that doesn't help, take a look at counterspy tutorial.
