Furthermore, using the demo version of Spyware Doctor it seems other files are associated with my Spyware issues as well. The problem is, I cannot delete them or some are still hidden within my Temporary Internet Files folder. What is the best way to ultimately delete everything within the folder?

Please follow these steps:

1. Download the smitRem tool and unpack its files to a chosen folder.

2. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

3. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [5c87a751.exe] C:\windows\system32\5c87a751.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [5c87a751.exe] C:\Documents and Settings\OPlunkett\Local Settings\Application Data\5c87a751.exe

4. Now restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

5. Once in Safe Mode, run the smitRem tool by executing the RunThis.bat file. smitRem tutorial can be found here.

6. Then use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\windows\system32\5c87a751.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\OPlunkett\Local Settings\Application Data\5c87a751.exe

7. Reboot your computer. Download the trial version of ewido anti-spyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan. Remove all the threats the application will find.

8. After you get done, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.
