I notice in my startup that there is a file dumprep O -k, is this a spyware or virus? Can someone help me?

This entry is not related to a virus. It belongs to Dumprep - Microsoft Windows standard error dump reporting tool. It is not malicious. Nevertheless, I suggest scanning your system with antivirus and anti-spyware software, as some pests may use the file.

Legitimate dumprep.exe resides in Windows default system folder, which usually is C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Winnt\System32.
