My computer is infected with adware. I have "adware for personal use" installed on my computer as well as norton antivirus but still i can't have my computer run as it used to. I know I have adware SaveNow but I can't remove it with norton. What should I do? I really hope I don't have to reinstall windows.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

First of all you need a reliable anti-spyware protection. What is that "adware for personal use"? Is it Ad-Aware SE or something else? If it is different program then install a recommended spyware remover (Spyware Doctor or Microsoft AntiSpyware), update it (this step is very important) and scan your system once again. This should remove SaveNow.

Before this step I suggest uninstalling SaveNow from your computer using standard Windows Add/Remove Programs tool. Just look for SaveNow and entry and simply click on the Uninstall button. Yes, SaveNow is an adware, but it CAN be removed as any other application.
