spy sherrif help needed

I appear to have spy sherrif on my pc. It still allows me on the internet but has disabled a lot of programmes that are mainly microsoft. Outlook express etc. Unfortunately it has changed the characters on my windows. It looks like wingdings or something simlar. I cannot do a system restore and will obviously have trouble following instructions as I cant make out the characters..Any help in restoring my pc or recommendation of a prog that can would be much appreciated. Download the trial version of ewido anti-spyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan. Remove all the threats the application will find.

Then download the HijackThis program, run a system scan and post your log here.
