Ridiculous Virus or Worm, I need help

Hi,
My computer seems to have a particularly nasty virus. The Task manager doesnt work, the internet connectivity is "limited to none" (its completely disconected), the firewall is disabled and will only stay on off even after restoring the defaults on it, the registry edit is "in use by another program", as is the command promt, and my anti-virus software will run, but it doesnt seem to want to pick up whats going on. At first i thought it might be the msblaster virus, but i found no trace of it upon going into safe mode to look at the registry. Now i think its a worm, but i really have no idea. Could someone please help me?

Would it be safe to put the log on a floppy? i dont want to transfer the worm to this computer

It's not safe, unless real-time antivirus and anti-spyware protection is enabled on another computer.
