I have an infection which has had the following imapcts;
There is a a small flashing button with a question mark in it that flashes to a red circle with a line through it in the bottom right corner of the screen and whcih flashes up a red block telling me I ahve a crtical system error;
My spyware doctor does not work;
I keep getting pop ups directing me to web sites with malware removers

I have run norton anit virus full scan and isolated a trojan virus and also run ad aware which isolated a number of objects.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Open the Control Panel and launch the Add or Remove Programs tool. In the list of installed software find the DriveCleaner 2006 entry and uninstall the corresponding program. DriveCleaner 2006 is a corrupt product that displays exaggerated reports of security and privacy risks.
