I have been having some issues with my computer. I'm cutting straight to the point. I'm having some extreme issues with some trojans, and I think some spyware.
I have runned 4 full scans on my computer with Norton. Each time, I get notified that I have a different trojan, and that it has been quarantined. (I think there have been two dialer.generic and two trojan horses). After every scan I get a message about 10 minutes later that tells me that I have another issue. (This has started within the past 6 hours). Right now, Norton is popped up with the 5th message, and it says I have a trojan in my C;\windows\temp\win874.tmp. I have run hijackthis and checked it on an online analyzer on 2 seperate occasions (after the 3rd scan and after the 4th scan). Both times have come up completely clean. I have run ad-aware and it comes up clean. I have run spybot searc&destroy and again, its fine. What's so annoying is that I can't come to the bottom of the problem. I fix something, and something else pops up. I woud love you guys to send me a little help.
Here is my hijackthis log.

Hi, thedanielbaer. Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!
Try this:
1. Use HijackThis to fix the following entry:
O21 - SSODL: incestuously - {03413bf7-e34c-445b-bfc0-a2b127255871} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\urroxtl.dll (file missing
2. Then download the trial version of Spy Sweeper. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan. Remove all the threats the application will find.
3. You can also run online virus scans - Kaspersky Free Online Scanner, Panda Software Antivirus ActiveScan, BitDefender Free Online Virus Scan.
4. Download and install the CCleaner program. Use it to clean your system. The application should remove files like C:\windows\temp\win874.tmp.
Please let me know if this helps. |

Hey thedanielbaer !
Have you tried with the trial version of Spy Sweeper ? How was the response ? Its a good program to work for.
GTO's advise is good to install the CCleaner program that can remove the file C:\windows\temp\win874.tmp. on your PC.
Please let us know the findings. |
