Hi last night Brave Sentry infected my computer.Ive tried different programmes to help remove it but i havent had any luck.Can someone please help.

Hi again i think ive finally deleted Brave Sentry however when i click on properties on my desktop i cant select a wallpaper and AVG says ive a virus called SpySheriff and it cant heal it.Here is my latested HJT log.

Please do this:
1. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [spoolsvv] C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsvv.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winsys2freg - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Settings\winsys2f.dll
2. Restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!
3. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsvv.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Settings\winsys2f.dll
4. Reboot your computer. Download the trial version of Spy Sweeper or ewido anti-spyware. Install the program, update its definitions and run a complete system scan. Remove all the threats the application will find.
5. After you get done, restart your computer, run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.
As for your desktop, please try this:
Access Display Properties, select the Desktop tab and click on the Customize Desktop button. You will be presented with the Desktop Items window. Select the Web tab. Now you should see the list of web pages. UNCHECK THEM ALL and delete everything except for My Current Home Page. Now you should be able to change desktop wallpaper. |

Congratulations! Your last log is clean  .
Your system is running slower because you have two antiviruses (Norton Antivirus and AVG) and two anti-spyware programs (Spybot - Search & Destroy and ewido anti-spyware) with real-time monitoring enabled running at the same time. Running two programs of the same type is not recommended, as they may conflict. If you want to keep all this software installed, you have to disable real-time protection of two programs. I suggest disabling and uninstalling Norton Antivirus. Leave AVG running. You should also disable Spybot - Search & Destroy and leave ewido anti-spyware running. However, if you don't want to purchase ewido, simply uninstall it and let Spybot protect your system.
