My desktop is blue and it says Your computer has several fatal errors due to spyware activity.Your IP address is XX.XXX.XX.XX and via this address an unauthorized access was gained by another computer.It is strictly recommended to install an anti spyware software to close all security breaches.
I cant set a new wallpaper and im getting pop ups from a tiny yellow triangle.Also on the blue screen it has my computer make and my IP address.

1. Download the smitRem tool and unpack its files to a chosen folder.
2. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.
3. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:
