Your HijackThis log seems to be clean. You only should fix this entry (it's not a spyware parasite):

O18 - Protocol: msnim - {828030A1-22C1-4009-854F-8E305202313F} - "C:\PROGRA~1\MSNMES~1\msgrapp.dll" (file missing)

It looks like you've checked your system with an anti-spyware program, as there are no traces of RazeSpyware in your log. To change your desktop background and get rid of the RazeSpyware advertisement please do the following:

1. Right-clik on the desktop and select the Properties option. This should open the Display Properties window.
2. Click on the Desktop tab and within the appeared screen click on Customize Desktop.
3. Another window should appear. Within it select the Web tab.
4. Now you should see the list of web pages. UNCHECK THEM ALL and delete everything except for My Current Home Page.
5. Apply changes. That's all.

Truly appreciate the method to remove the razespyware web desktop. I thought that I had a virus or a worm on my computer, and I was searching for hours trying to solve this problem. Funny how simply the solution was. Thanks again!!

If you cannot restore the wallpaper and above instructions didn't help, please start a new thread. Begin with describing your problem in more details. I'll try to help you.
