Your Anti-Spyware software failed to load on my computer. I believe this is due to the numerous hackers who have taken over my computer already (my DOS scans confirm this; at this point I can’t even maintain a DOS netstat screen, it goes off automatically after listing over 100 TCP/IP addresses, many of which involve websites – there are “http:” listings after some of the addresses). This appears to have been prior to my installing Kaspersky Anti-virus and is not affected by it; it appears the hackers operate “in the background” on my hard drive. I am wondering if you can assist. My Google Chrome always defaults to “Search Terms” searches as of now.

It seems that your PC has been affected by browser hijacker or spyware that has managed to modify your PC's settings for getting ability to initiate these redirects and similar issues on the system. The main reason why Spyhunter failed to start its work and help you remove this virus from the system is that you are dealing with an updated version of SearchTerms virus. Fortunately, you can use its feature, which allows professional technicians to assist you with malware removal issues and finally remove it for you. It is called ‘Spyware HelpDesk’. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX MY COMPUTER!!
Click Start → Control Panel → Programs and Features (if you are Windows XP user, click on Add/Remove Programs).
Here, look for Super Optimizer.
Uninstall it and other questionable programs.
Click OK to save these changes.
Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, so if they are not working for you, it means that you are dealing with its updated version. In this case, we recommend running a full system scan with FortectIntego or STOPzilla.
