Fake porn video websites distributing malware

Adult websites are known for spreading various computer parasites. Visiting porn sources may result adware, trojans and malicious toolbars secretly installed on a computer. Nevertheless, people keep risking their privacy and security being compromised in exchange for a glance at spicy pictures and videos. The new wave of porn websites is great disappointment for such visitors because the newest websites are totally falsified.

Security experts have reported new domains appearing weekly; those supposedly distribute erotic videos, but don’t provide such content. Unfortunately missing videos are not the main problem in this case. Each of the websites was reported to be able to make use of browser vulnerabilities for infecting computers. The scheme of malware distribution is very simple: once user visits a website, a trojan is downloaded and executed secretly. The infection can be easily avoided if visitor’s machine has real-time protection or at least anti-virus and anti-spyware scanner. When installed, the trojan may download and install additional malwares.
