New rogue anti-spyware and annoying parasite

SpyAxe, Spyware Strike, Spy Falcon, Spyware Quake, Spyware Sheriff. These are probably the most widely spread rogue spyware removers on the Internet. As you already should know, each of them is illegally distributed with the help of dangerous parasites, malicious advertisements and certain exploits. A lot of 2-Spyware.com visitors have been infected with leastwise one of these threats.

However, it seems that distributors of corrupt anti-spyware are not going to give up. There is yet another rogue spyware remover, a clone of the infamous SpyAxe, on the loose. Titan Shield, that’s how a new threat is called, is very similar to SpywareQuake and SpyFalcon. It is the same poor performance product unable to protect user privacy and system security. The program does not use false positives, but it also does not find or remove even well-known parasites, not to mention yet unknown, emerging threats.

Like the infamous rogues, Titan Shield is distributed illegally. We have already received user complaints stating that their computers have been infected with the Titan Shield parasite, which displays fake warning messages, hijacks the web browser and attempts to download the same named corrupt spyware remover. Furthermore, the new trojan can restart the infected computer without asking for user permission.

The 2-Spyware.com research team is currently working under Titan Shield manual removal instructions. We will post them as soon as possible.

Beware of Titan Shield! New wave of infections is on the way!
